Our fraud prevention solution helps our merchant customers (“Customers”) identify fraudulent transactions on their eCommerce websites and mobile applications.  This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information we collect about personnel of our Customers or prospective business leads and users of our website (www.nofraud.com).  The Policy describes the personal information we collect about these individuals, how we use the information, with whom we may share it and the choices available to you regarding our use of the information. We also describe measures we take to protect the security of the information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.

Personal Information We Obtain

  • Our Customers: If your employer is our Customer, we may share your personal information with your colleagues and employer in connection with establishing, maintaining and managing our relationship with your employer and for verification purposes.
  • Service Providers: We share personal information with vendors and other entities to perform services for us on our behalf, such as consultants, auditors, attorneys and providers of information and communication technology, advertising and marketing, data enrichment, information verification, analytics, security, payment processing and billing, customer service, customer relationship management services, and others.
