Any fraudulent transactions are flagged, stopped and refunded with no effort on our part. NoFraud can screen all “card-not-present” orders placed using a credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Alipay, Amazon Pay, and more. All of the above transactions are guaranteed by our Chargeback Protection Program.
NoFraud consolidates all relevant and available information about a transaction and returns a “Pass/Fail” answer in milliseconds, even for complex orders. A small percentage (less than 0.5%) of orders are held for review and scrutinized by a NoFraud analyst.
For a limited number of select, high-risk orders in which NoFraud is able to validate the transaction, a NoFraud analyst will perform “Cardholder Verification.” This is a process whereby we reach out to the cardholder to confirm the order’s legitimacy. Modeled after bank transaction verification protocol, our process is designed to be as friction-free as possible and enables NoFraud to provide the highest approval rate to its customers. The review process is highly customizable to suit your business’ preferences.
NoFraud provides extensions for the Shopify, Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce (Magento), BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and Shift4Shop (formerly 3D Cart) platforms. NoFraud is available to all eCommerce merchants, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Demandware, Volusion, Shopsite, OS Commerce, and all others, through our Direct API Integration. The Payment Gateway Emulator will be deprecated and will no longer be available for use no later than March 31, 2024.
There are three main benefits of pre-gateway integration. Firstly, we are able to decline a customer while they are still in the cart, prompting customers to re-enter their information. This reduces the number of failed transactions due to typos and/or missing or incorrect information. Secondly, we can view card attempts, giving us additional useful data to help NoFraud make the most accurate decision. Finally, we can prevent card testing by blocking the bot payment attempts from reaching the gateway.
A pre-gateway integration is available with any custom site or open source platform such as Magento, Demandware or Woocommerce. Hosted platforms such as BigCommerce and Shopify are not compatible with a pre-gateway integration. Shopify, however, does provide many of the benefits of a pre-gateway integration.
NoFraud charges a small percentage of the value of each transaction we screen and approve. Merchants never pay for orders that NoFraud does not approve. To receive an instant, customized price estimate, complete the form on our pricing page.
NoFraud covers chargebacks related to unauthorized or fraudulent card usage. We do not cover chargebacks for reasons such as “item not received” or “item not as described,” as they are not related to fraudulent credit card usage. You can read our chargeback protection policy here.
